Since I was a little girl my favorite fruits were strawberries. I always waited spring because in my Aunt’s garden were many strawberry nests. I didn`t even wash the strawberries, I was eating them straight from the garden. Even now I remember my Aunt “Stop eating directly dirty, wash them first !” :D. I never gave a crap if those were dirty or not LOL

As I grew up I`ve found out that strawberries are not only some fruits that we eat only for the taste. I will tell you some things that I know now at my age.

Masks with strawberries
A quick type of mask is “Mask for Oily Skin” . Take half a cup of strawberries, crush them and add an egg white, then mix them all and keep it on your face a half hour, then rinse with warm water.

Another mask is “The Anti-Acne Mask” . Take a handful of strawberries, washed and crushed it. Mix the paste with 3 tablespoons of clay and one of yogurt, apply on face and keep for 15-20 minutes. Rinse with warm water. This type of mask has properties like : anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, clean skin, close pores and reduce sebum secretion.

Strawberries Diet
Strawberries diet takes at least 7 days and up to one month. All the while consuming about one kg per day in equal portions, at least half an hour before meals. Strawberries burn fat and contains no calories.
