The Recovery Hours of Human Body Organs the Biorhythm of Internal Organs

We all live in a cyclic universe. Everything around us repeats: minutes, hours, days, years, seasons, sleeping, breathing, heart beating. Life is made up of a whole range of cycles that create a real symphony. We add every day a brick to the wall of our lives. If we manage to properly maintain an inside and outside rhythm of us, the concert that we perform here on earth will be a long and melodic one. To manage this, we must know how to do it.

An important mechanism of the body is the daily biorhythm of the internal organs. About the biorhythm of the human body has been written quite a lot, but much less of the internal organs. Paungger Johanna and Thomas Poppe, in their book provide a detailed description of rhythm function of our internal organs.

The authors assert that each organ of the body has a maximum activity of 2 hours a day, as follows:

  • gallbladder (23:00 – 1:00)
  • liver (1:00 – 3:00)
  • lungs (3:00 – 5:00)
  • intestine (5:00 – 7:00)
  • stomach (7:00 – 9:00)
  • spleen and pancreas (9:00 – 11:00)
  • heart (11:00 – 13:00)
  • small intestine (13:00 – 15:00)
  • bladder (15:00 – 17:00)
  • kidneys (17:00 – 19:00)
  • blood circulation (19:00 – 21:00)
  • and general energy accumulation takes place between 21:00 and 23:00.

Let`s try to analyze a day of our lives, from the authors` point of view!

Stomach, spleen, pancreas
It`s very important how we wake up in the morning. If we would watch how animals wake up in the morning, we would discover that they first stretch, starting the new day unhurried. Let`s take animals` example and try to quietly wake up in the morning, by giving ourselves several relaxation moments before starting any daily activity. Many of us wake up in the morning stressfully, with the fear that they don`t have time to do everything they proposed. It would be better to wake up a little bit earlier than we usually do, in order to feel the peace before the day that is just about to begin.

Between 7:00 and 9:00 the function of the stomach is at its maximum value, so you have to serve breakfast unhurried. We should also take into account the quality and quantity of food that we consume at this meal.

Between the hours 9:00 – 11:00 the spleen and the pancreas are intensively working, while the stomach is resting. In this time interval it is recommended not to eat food that`s hard to digest. The pancreas is the one that controls blood sugar. We should preferably not consume too many sweets not to force pancreas function. If the spleen isn`t correctly operating, it can disrupt blood platelets level.

Heart, small intestine
Between 11:00 and 13:00 the activity of the heart is at full capacity. During this period meals are not recommended that require additional energy consumption which would be taken from the necessary energy for the intensive activity of the heart.

The small intestine has an intense activity between 13:00 and 15:00. The authors say that it has been not often noticed that a part-time employee at work performs as much as a full-time employee. Why? Because of the low yield of the body after 1 pm (13:00), especially after a hearty lunch. The activity of the small intestine, with an important role in the digestion process, is guided by the autonomic nervous system which may be blocked or disturbed by stress or nervousness. For this reason it is recommended that lunch is taken in silence.

Between 15:00 and 17:00 is the period when the bladder performs at the maximum. The bladder has an important role in detoxifying the body, along with the kidneys. This can be accelerated by diuretic teas, which have maximum effects if drunk up to 19:00, because between 17:00 and 19:00 the kidneys are intensively functioning. If during this time interval you can enjoy a diuretic tea, alongside with a relaxing massage, it is possible to produce an even more efficient detoxification of the body.

After 19:00 o`clock, it is not recommended to drink too much liquids, before going to bed.

Blood circulation has an intense activity between 19:00 and 21:00. The authors say that if many parents have problems with the inability of children to go to sleep before 19:00, after this hour going to bed is even a worse war that is usually won by children. This doesn`t happen without a reason: between 19:00 and 21:00 the bloodstream works the best. During this period, the body and the spirit are thinking of something completely different from sleeping.

From 21:00 to 23:00 the intense accumulation of energy in the body is achieved. These two hours of energy recovery are called by Chinese, after a meridian of the body, the triple heater. Those who are sensitive to cold during this period and those who can`t sleep than in a warm room should not ignore this signal. Somewhere a physical or emotional imbalance has been created that needs attention. For many of us, these 2 hours are full of vitality. This is more prominent in young people who are thinking during this period to have fun, instead of going to sleep. Years in a row, many of us were imprinted that we should go to bed early in the evening because the body gets recovered during sleep by midnight. Perhaps these words are actually misinterpreting the idea that we accumulate intensive energy between the 2 hours.

Gallbladder and liver
Between 23:00 and 1:00 the gallbladder functions are intensively performed. This, contributing with its secretions to digestion, is an organ that, by its dysfunction, causes big problems for the entire body. Those who wake up frequently at night during this period must somehow ask themselves about the malfunction of the bladder or liver. Stress and consistent fried foods and fats in the evening prevent proper operation of the bladder. Moist and warm compresses applied to the liver area are beneficial during this time interval. Hot tea, drunk by sipping with 20 minutes before meal helps in activating bladder function. Radish juice is also helpful. The decongestion of the large intestine is of great importance, which unless naturally released can be done using enemas. During this time interval cold beverages and foods should be avoided as much as possible. If there are operating problems with the bladder or liver, work performed during the night is very harmful because the two organisms can`t recover.

We still have 6 hours of the night for the end of the operating cycle of internal organs during one day.

Thus, between 1:00 and 3:00 the liver works intensively. However, if its structure is damaged, it can recover in certain conditions, important being a resting sleep, along with the well warming of the body. The liver function suffers from enlarged toxicity of food, alcohol, nicotine, as well as stress. Keep in mind that alcohol and nicotine have a far more damaging effect between 1:00 and 5:00.

Between 3:00 and 5:00 in the morning it is time for the lungs to function intensively. Many smokers are coughing more in the morning because the lungs have been working all night long and now eliminate substances that shouldn`t be inside them.

Between 5:00 and 7:00 am, the large intestine has a maximum operation. Food remains approximately 2 hours in the small intestine, and even 20 hours in the large one. Thin content elimination indicates digestive problems in the small intestine, and constipation reveals an increased toxicity of the body.

Keep oldness away!
With this occasion, through the short trip to the hours of the day, we tried to present, with the help of the two authors, several aspects of our inner clock. The knowledge of these rhythms helps us trust our instincts and act properly to help the body functions. It`s very important that we don`t feel grown old with aging, because the good condition of the intellect and the strength to work and love considerably reduce aging. Let`s listen to our inner clock and try to adapt to its pace, crushing prejudice. There are people who have lived, by still creating at the age of 80 years. It`s better to respect them!
