Lose Weight Only Using Cinnamon, Honey and Water

We recommend a very lazy method to lose weight, which works great. It includes just 2 ingredients. The fat burns even when you are working on your computer or relaxing on your couch. Thanks to these ingredients, the metabolism increases and the weight loss process is launched. Honey is considered to be a magical product. It contains antioxidants and enzymes which have positive impact on our body.

It increases and speeds up the metabolism and launches the fat burning process. Also, it has a healthier glycemic index (GI) making it a better substitute for sugar. Therefore, after consuming honey, the blood sugar level is not escalating, instead, it is constantly and progressively assimilated into our body.

Cinnamon is believed to be as helpful as honey, and it has the property of improving the metabolism or lower the cholesterol level. It maintains blood sugar levels and enhances the metabolism of glucose. It is known that high blood sugar levels lead to fat deposit, but cinnamon prevents its storage. Also, it improves the insulin function, hence, you lose weight. Both cinnamon and honey clean the body of parasites, fungus and bacteria, which is excellent news. Also, it provides feeling of fullness and satiety.

Ingredients:
2 teaspoons Raw Honey
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 cup Water (8 ounces)

Directions:
1) Put 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 2 teaspoons honey in a cup.
2) Boil water.
3) In the cup, mix the cinnamon and honey until you get a paste. Let it interact for 30 minutes. Add the hot water and stir the mixture. Let the cup covered for another 30 minutes.

4) After half an hour, use a paper coffee filter and filter the mixture. Pour the drink into the coffee filter and be careful not to drop any impurities into the cup. Let the cup to cool down and it’s ready to be drunk.
5) Drink one-half (4 oz) before breakfast, and the other half after dinner or before going to bed.

NOTE: If this amount is not enough for you, you can double the doses and drink 1 cup (8 oz) instead of half cup (4 oz). Therefore, you will need 4 teaspoons of Raw Honey, 2 teaspoons of Cinnamon, and 16 ounces of Water.

It might not taste pleasant, but don’t add any flavors to the drink and always drink it on empty stomach, or else the efforts will be in vain.
