 take Care of your Skin

Normal skin
You are lucky and blessed if you have normal skin as it is considered to be the least problematic of all skin types. After getting up in the morning, wash your face with rosewater or an astringent and then moisturize it with a cream that is mild and not very greasy. Before applying makeup, wash your face with milk soap and apply a thin layer of oil based cream. Let it dry on your face. Do not forget to hydrate your skin once a week with a non drying mask. Make use of a moisturizing lotion to keep the skin of your body supple.

Dry skin
Your skin requires a thorough care if it is dry as it can otherwise flake, irritate, and age faster to make you look old. Use skin care products that are made using natural ingredients such as coconut, shea butter etc. You must apply such products twice a day to allow the skin to absorb the natural oils in these products. One thing you must remember is not to wash your face with tap water. Use sparkling water to wash the face. If you want to clean, clean the face with cleansing milk.

Oily skin
If you have oily skin, you have to think of ways to remove excess oil that your skin produces rather than nourishing it with milk or oils. Wash face with ice cubes to hydrate the skin and to clean its pores. However, use only a mild soap and that too only once a day. Use masks made with yogurt, papaya and clay that are non oily and hydrating.

Combination skin
Combination skin is one where you have both oily as well as dry areas on your facial skin. Use the tips for oily skin over areas of face that are oily (forehead and nose) and dry skin tips for areas on your face Cheeks and under the eyes) that are dry. You can use a mild soap or cleanser to wash your face. Apply toner over the oily part of the face before applying makeup.

Sensitive skin
Sensitive skin is also dry and one that becomes irritated. Do not use creams and moisturizers that are petroleum based. Natural and organic skin care products are best as they do not cause irritation. Do not forget to wear a good quality sun protection cream when you go out of home during day time.

Follow these simple tips and have a skin that gets great comments from others.
