Healthy Morning Routine

It all begins with the morning. Excellent morning means excellent start and excellent day. So it’s more important than we actually tough. Here are some  tips that bill make your morning, day, week and life better.
Wake up Earlier. We always try to get as much sleep as we can, without realizing that time is precious and loosing it means putting pressure on our mind and body in the rest of the day.Take your time to start the day, give your body and mind time to start a new day to set the routine and the pace.

Drink a Glass of Water as Soon as You Wake Up.During sleep your body will use the water to regenerate so in the morning you need to refill so you will run at optimal parameters, re hydrate, help your digestion and your cells.

Avoid Technology for The First Hour. We’re all used to be connected all the time so that in the morning is just tempting to check your social media channels and email. But those will be there after an hour as well, you won’t miss much, and you can  set your mood. It happens that you wake up with a great mood and after checking the email or Facebook your mood gets ruined. Take control and disconnect for the first part, allow yourself a great start so you will have the mood and patience later on.

Think of Something You’re Grateful For. It’s up to you and you alone . Be grateful for everything you have starting with your health, your family, best moments and all the things you consider important. This „ being grateful „ session will fill you with positive energy and positive thoughts for the whole day.

Sunlight, Fresh Air, and A Deep Breath. Even if is raining , cloudy or winter open your curtains and let the natural light in. It will fill you with positive energy. After that open a window and let the fresh air abound the room. Oxygen is essential for your cells and brain activity.

Exercise. Begin with movement and you will feel energized and active for the rest of the day. You can  find a lot of morning workouts or can just combine exercises and create your own morning routine. If you don’t feel like working out in the morning you can do some stretches to help loosen your muscles.

The healthy breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and you have to eat like a king as is the initial fuel for the day. Avoid quick fixes such as cereal, fruit juices, or donuts. Take your time and prepare a healthy breakfast that will keep you up and running until lunch time.

Be Positive. Self-esteem and self-appreciation are very important. Find your strengths and all the positive things about yourself and then say them out loud while looking in the mirror.

Make your plan. Make a plan every day and stick to it as much as you can. Planning will help you have a clear image of what you have to do and will make you be productive and avoid feeling rushed. Don’t forget to leave some room for random interruptions that may appea.

Let the past in the past. A new day is a new beginning. Yesterday’s arguments, frustrations, and negative thoughts don’t belong in your new day.

Read. Be positive from the very first hour. Whatever you decide to read, a book that you just started, the news, quotes or just jokes, reading stimulate your brain and imagination.
